The wine with a story.  CCM abbreviated for Cabernet Sauvignon/ Cabernet Franc/ Merlot, is the perfect Bordeaux blend consisting of 60% Cab, 20% Cab Franc & 20% Merlot.  A wine with a deep ruby colour, with prominent prune flavours with a hint of mint, and well-integrated oak flavours. The fruitiness of the Merlot and the bell-pepper flavours from the Cabernet Franc contributes to a medium-high acidity wine with a mouth-watering taste.  This wine was barrel fermented for 18 months so good to keep a while.

This full-bodied wooded white wine with a bright greenish colour is filled with the citrus from the Chardonnay, the tropical flavours for the Chenin Blanc as well as the nutty and spice from the Marsanne, and will leave your palate and tastebuds with a long pleasant lingering aftertaste. With a percentage of 50% Chardonnay, 25%Chenin blanc, and 25%Marsanne this wine is well balanced with an elegant finish.
