The Mediterranean varietals typical to the regions of Southern France has inspired this blend made from vineyards grown in the Tulbagh Valley. The wine has an intense colour and showcases dark fruit aromas, supported by spicy and earthy notes. The palate is complex, with fruit beautifully backed up by finely integrated oak. The full body and juicy tannins give way to a lengthy, elegant finish.

Hárslevelü has become synonymous with Lemberg Wine Estate – Alternative methods in the making of this wine, including natural fermentation, carbonic maceration and orange winemaking, allowed for an ultra-premium blend of components. It’s delicate citrus and honeysuckle aromas on the nose, with layers of peach, marmalade and almond on the palate.

The Lady of Lemberg symbolizes the expressive characters captured by different varieties – the fragrance and richness of Viognier, the finesse of the Hungarian grape Hárslevelü, the touch of freshness our old Sauvignon blanc vines adds, and evidently, the enticing texture that Sémillon offers. Delicate floral and honeysuckle aromas on the nose, with orange peel, yellow peach and fresh ginger on the palate. Slightly mineral, with a fresh finish.

The wine shows beautiful red fruit and underlying spice which follows through on the dense, yet balanced palate. A fine and elegant tannin structure allows for early drinking but will also benefit with 3 – 5 years of proper bottle maturation.

Appealing salmon-tinged colour with sumptuous red berries and a lively acidity.

The wine has a deep purple colour which leads to aromas of blackberries, mixed herbs and a hint of liquorice on the nose. The firm, yet elegant tannins support the dark fruit that follow through on the pallet, which again shows elegance in weight in the lengthy, dry finish.
